Within its wide eddy current offerings, Kaman offers a variety of signal conditioning electronic circuit technologies to sense impedance variation and translate it into a usable displacement signal.
Among the technologies Kaman uses are the Colpitts circuit for single channel analog position measuring systems; the balanced bridge circuit for single ended and differential analog linear position measuring systems; and the phase circuit for single/multiple channel analog high precision position systems.
This broad expertise means Kaman can select the circuitry best suited for a wider variety of applications than most others in the marketplace.
Working closely with customers to determine the best signal conditioning circuit to interpret and process eddy currents into useful information, Kaman has developed hundreds of custom applications.
